2009 Walking Tree Cabernet Sauvignon, Alexander Valley
Focused, medium-depth intensity suggestions of black cherries, brush and briar in the aromas start this wine off well, and the fairly supple texture at entry adds its own positive spin. The wines middling fruit holds well across the palate and runs into light tannin at the close.
