2 lbs Ground Beef
1 Onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 Packet Taco Seasoning
2 cans of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
9 slices of Jarlsberg Cheese
1 9inch cake pan
Saute ground beef, onions and green peppers until cooked. Mix in taco seasoning. Allow to cool slightly. Grease bottom of cake and layer in first roll of the crescent dough. Add a layer of beef mixture to pan. Add a layer of Jarlsberg cheese over beef mixture. Repeat layering process with beef mixture and 6 slices of cheese. Reserve remaining 3 slices of cheese for top of pie. Cover pie with second roll of crescent dough. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes. Top pie with remaining 3 slices of cheese and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Serve with sour cream and salsa and a glass of Geyser Peak Sauvignon Blanc.
