Seared Scallops with Cilantro, Chili and Lime

10-20 scallops depending on size
3 tbs cilantro chopped
Juice of 3 limes
1-2 tsp chili powder or chipotle powder (better if you can find it!)

Marinate scallops in mixture with water added to cover if necessary for 2 hours or more. Grill or sear in a pan until cooked through. Serve with tortillas as an alternate to fajitas.
